does anyone know why the brake line that crosses below the engine does it below the radiator on Station Wagons but crosses below the engine on all 66 Chevy II's ? Seems weird, Why wouldn't it also cross below the motor on Station wagons also?

It is that way on all the 1st gen Chevy ll's coupes, wagons and 4 doors. I think when the dual system came out in 67 the line ran under the motor.
