Hello everyone,

I have a 68-Nova SS 396/L-78 match numbers car with a 734 trim code.
I do have the build sheet and having trouble de-coding all the numbers.

If there is someone out there that can help me with this problem, please
send me your name, phone & fax number.

I am in the middle of a complete frame-off resto on this car and should
look nice when complete in the next century. Ha.

I am somewhat new to the site as well
I have a 68 L78 SS nova as well, 734 trim code, drivetrain match, but not as fortune as yourself to have a buildsheet (so far)
Tom Williams may be able to help you, has a number of L78 novas, and currently restoring a 68 L78 himself
I have seen postings by him on this site as well as Yenko.net or the Supercar Registry site

Welcome to the site! It seems a lot of L78 SS cars are poping up recently. A lot of tech here. I'm not really a numbers guy even though I have been getting lucky and ending up with numbers parts when I look into it. You might want to try www.novaresource.org for codes and such as the site has a pretty good list of codes and such.

Also take a look at novashop.net. He seems to have the trim tag thing down, I'm not too sure about build sheet codes though. Hope it helps.:thumbsup:

I have a 68 l78 nova also I would love to see a picture of your broadcast sheet and compare it to mine. What month and options do you have can you get a picture of it and send it to me. @ halejason@msn.com.

I found my brodcast sheet from the rear in my 70 which appears to be although its not in very good shape. I would also like to compare it to others that were found if they are the same from 68 to 70
