Has anyone used these with the stock front clip? I am lookig to get a set and was wondeing how they fit and if you had to modify the shock towers to clear them. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...Tom

first off i have a 67 but my buddy has a 65 and he was the one who told me about the wheel well super comps.as for as im consernd its the only way to go.the are quit abit off work to get them in but are worth every bit off it.the plugs are so much easier to reach and there is nothing in the way of the starter and trans.you dont have to do anything to the shock towers but you do have to cut the pannels to install them and rerought your brake lines.
