Ok , i feel bad there's no post here in the last 30 days , LOL
So i'll post a question
Anyway how much different is the factory plug and wiring to the dash cluster with the tach and with out the tach ? Dose the entire wiring harness need to be changed if some one adds the Tach ? I know you have to move the fuel gauge to the console .

Yes the wiring harness is different for vehicles equipped with idiot lights, compared to those equipped with gauges (to get a tach you had to buy the full instrumentation package). If you have the full gauge hook-up now then chances are the tach wiring should already be in place and it is a matter of moving and swapping gauges.

I do not know for sure, but I imagine it will require a different thick film circuit board behind the dash to mount the tach as well as the proper gauge size and combination of instruments desired (such as the tic-tock tach that people drool over).
