Looking for input on which column work or fits best. looking to change my column as mine has some issues and will probably cost about the same to rebuild if I can even find all the parts, as to replace it with new!
does anybody offer a non-tilt column? worry about them coming loose so I'm not real big on tilt columns.
thanks Rich

Since I looked at both for my 66, the IDIDIT is a direct bolt in. Since you have a 67, you will NOT have any problems bolting in a IDIDIT column. For the flaming river columns, I am not 100% positive but, you have to purchase separate mounts to support their column where as the IDIDIT uses the stock mounts. When you talk to the sales rep, just let them know the year of your Nova and you are good to go. Before I forget, you will need the adaptor betweeen the column and steering box and, don't forget to mention that you have a "stock" wiring harness so after the installation of the column, it will be plug and play.
Will you be using a Grant steering wheel or stock? The IDIDIT columns use the 3rd Gen set-up so you are going to need an adaptor for the Grant series.
Hope this helped

The Ididit in my 67 fits and works great. It came with everything you need for the install except a lower firewall mount. I use the stock lower mount with a vacuum belt cut to size in between the mount and column since the Ididit column has a smaller OD. This also keeps the mount from scratching the column.
The first column they sold me stripped the tilt mechanism but they honored the warranty and replaced it. Keep in mind it also broke in the middle of a hard corner.:D
