This is Dart's answer to the Chinese knockoff's of their fine products. Before you buy any block based upon a cheap price I highly recommend you research what is going on first as it could be an expensive mistake trying to save a few bucks. I always recommend an aftermarket block. Usually when I say that I expect you to consider buying a Dart, Brodix or World Products product, as that used to be about your only option for sportsman blocks (didn't expect anyone to race out to buy a Keith Black all aluminum Hemi, or a Sony Bryant's 5.30" bore center all aluminum BBC Hemi block).

There has been a lot written about the Chinese import blocks that bears scrutiny as quite a few professional engine builders have cast dispersions upon the quality of the casting and machine work (anyone really surprised by this?)
