I have a stock 1972 and if I use 235/60's on 15x7 up front and 255/60'on 15x8's in the rear both being 4 3/4 BS will I be okay?

Rears will work fine, although you may have to roll the outer lip on the quarter panel. Front I'm not sure of, but I run a 15 x 6 with 3-1/2" BS with a 205/70/15 and she clears fine.
